1. Where are you based out of?

Currently, we ship from NY and MD depending on the item.
2. What carrier do you use?
We ship with USPS First Class Package mail. It comes with a tracking number.
If you would like us to use a different carrier, please send us a note through the contact tab.
3. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to any countries reached by USPS. The shipping time varies depending on the country and USPS delivery limitations.
4. How fast is the shipping?
It’s highly dependent on your location. Once you receive your tracking code, domestic mail should take from 3 to 4 business days.
*Due to the current state of affairs, USPS may take longer than usual to deliver.
5. If I order both preorder and in-stock products, how are they shipped?
This is a case by case situation.
Pre-order items are sent out according to the estimated shipping time frame in the individual listing. The in-stock items will be shipped as soon as we receive and prepare the order.
If we plan to ship the pre-order item and the in-stock items together, it will be mentioned in the listing of the pre-order item.
6. Can you add Signature Confirmation/Insurance on my delivery?
We can add this for a small extra cost. Please let us know before placing your order through the contact tab.
7. Can I change my shipping address? I accidentally put in the wrong info!
Please contact us as soon as possible through the contact tab. Once the package has been mailed, we cannot change the shipping address, and you'll need to get in direct touch with the carrier so they can reroute.
8. The tracking number says my package was delivered but I never received it!
Maison Mal is NOT liable for any lost packages delivered with USPS or other third parties. Please contact your local post office directly. Maison Mal cannot replace or refund items that have been lost due to our limited stock.
